顧客在附近活動時透過 NAVER 地圖找到 Parfum9，並於週六下午到訪。客製香水的過程令人滿意，工作人員親切，能以韓文、英文及部分中文溝通。

顧客參加 Parfum9 的香水製作工作坊，由工作人員逐步引導挑選基底香氣、試聞單一香調並比較不同調香組合。即使沒有香水知識也容易理解，最後完成的香水不僅令顧客滿意，也經常獲得他人稱讚。
“The staff walked us through everything step by step — choosing a base fragrance, sampling individual notes, comparing blends — and made the whole process really easy to follow, even with zero prior knowledge about perfumery.”

旅客在朋友推薦下預約 Parfum9，希望於首爾行程最後一天安排一場放鬆的體驗。現場人員親切提供協助並分享香水製作知識，讓旅客完成一款自己創作的香水。
